UT3 map editor?

I read somewhere that UT3 has a map editor, how do you access it? I can't find the option anywhere...UT3 map editor?
Its in the start menu - Unreal Tournament 3 -Unreal Tournament 3 Editorbtw it takes ages to load even for me...all i wanted it for was to hear the ingame music had to wait like 8minedit-ok i just opened it for the 3rd time and it took about 2min for me tho the first time loading took like 8minUT3 map editor?

Except it was only 2mins for the first time I tried to open it.
