Definitely Anarchy Online.
They all seem more or less the same to me. Poorly translated, grind-centric, and generally irritating. I'd recommend getting a monthly-fee game and sticking with it instead.
I enjoyed Space Cowboy Online, but I didn't really stick to it.
Although you still have to buy the box to play, I recommend Guild Wars.
Dungeon Runners is surprisingly fun. Free to download, free to play. $5/month if you really want the cool looking gear and stuff.
