ATI 9550ge vs nVidia Geforce Go 7400 ????

I think my Go 7400 is better than 9550ge, but in Call of Duty 4 , a PC with 9550ge can play smoothly in resolution 800*600 with all visual effects turn ON . my laptop using Go7400 run very LAG with those settings . I don't know why ???ATI 9550ge vs nVidia Geforce Go 7400 ????
Real VRAM vs. virtual memory borrowed from the main system is mostly why. Laptop inefficiencies is another part. If the 7400 had enough real VRAM instead of being a Turbocache fake (which could be untrue -- all of the problem might be laptop-related), it would be / should be somewhat better than it is now.ATI 9550ge vs nVidia Geforce Go 7400 ????
