WOW account deletion

I have WOW but i have been inactive for a number of months and i went to the WOW armoury website to look at my characters and they are gone along with my whole account. is their a limit for how long it can be inactive?thx in advanceWOW account deletion
If... I remember correctly, Blizzard has as of yet, not had any plans for deletion. Your account may have been stolen in this case. It's not uncommon.WOW account deletion

Well, you cant change your account name....and you can't delete an account....So i'm thinking either you forgot your account name or something similarIn any case, if anything were to change on your actual account, you should get an email about it. Check the inbox attached to your wow account and see if anything fishy is in there

It is quite likely that they will be kept for much longer, but at this time we guarantee 6 months.
Before we do decide to remove any details or characters we will send out a warning to the account owners giving them a chance to briefly reactivate their account if they wish to maintain their characters.------------------i've also seen a blue post that s tated that they've never actually deleted an inactive account, but they only garuntee 6 months
blizz support should be able to recreate it for you, with all weapons and items. This depends on the circumstances
