TF 2 is pretty hilarious!
i havent played it, but most people who did will say Grim Fandago. Imo, from the games i have played, id say Portal.
No One Lives Forever, very closely followed by No One Lives Forever 2.Honorable mentions are Overlord, Oblivion, Serious Sam, Warcraft 3, and Starcraft. Half-Life 1 had its funny moments, as well, and I find myself laughing at the soldiers' reactions, voice-overs, and yells in Crysis just while I'm fighting them. Must be what bullies feel like when they're tormenting little kids and such. :P
yeah, portal and nolf are funny. some of the funny classics are space quest series, leisure suit larry series, sam %26 max hit the road. some rpgs have funny moments, like fallout series and bg series.
GTA:SA?I like their voice actings.
Postal 2, funny but also stupid
Psychonauts gets a nomination.
Portal. Nothing else comes close.

Hard choice. Possibly Runescape for its crapness in comparison to wow. Or maybe Simpsons H%26R woz a laugh
Ah.. Comedy.Giants: Citizen Kabuto is nearest the top of my list. Portal is up there as well. Armed and Dangerous was really good as well. I'd like to play Grim Fandango, but I've never had any luck finding it.
Sam and Max along with Portal gave me some good laughs.
