I've been having an issue with Battlfield 2 for a while now. Its kinda hard to explain. Its like I'm getting lag (not slowdown) even in single player. I can walk around and not use the mouse and everything is smooth as butter, but when I go to turn with the mouse, everything just lags by... I can use a turret, get in a vehicle, or while walking forward, it dosent skip frames. Ive tried this on 3 different computers and I have the same issue, Ive even tried it on my laptop. This is the only game I have this issue with. I have updated the game, ALL of my dirvers, download set point for the mouse, tried all settings for the game, ive reinstalled the game, reninstalled windows, and even tried it with vista, and still the same problem! I dont know what to do, someone please help me fix this, thanks everyone.Ive posted a video on youtube showing my issue, you can see it good at the end near the turret.http://youtube.com/watch?v=CpAeUD7ZYMs
My specs are:
G5 mouse, G11 Keyboard, Pentium e2140@3.2 ghz (100% overclock , 8800gt, 2 gigs DDR2 800 Ramive got a problem
Only BF2?ive got a problem
The G5 mouse is very sensitive to moving or highly reflective surfaces. What surface do you use for your mouse?
It cant be hardware related, because this is the only game it happens in outside the battlefield series, I can play counter-strike source and Call of duty 2 and its silky smooth. It has be a bug in the Bf2 game engine because it also happens in Battlefield 2142. I really wish I could get this sorted out, I really wanna be able to play it again. And it also happens in single player and online...
bump
it's probably the ea installed spyware that's trying to calculate which ads are most effective on you. j/k. i have no idea.

Man that's so wierd, I'm gonna guess it's just some kind of setting in the options, cuz I always end up having some kind of wierd problem like that, and I think it's hardware or mouse problem, end up reinstalling and things like that, and it ends up a 'mouse sensitivity' or 'vsync' kind of thing.
hmmmm that is weird
Im gonna make a completely new thread so everyone look for it. Im gonna detail everything ALOT more of the things Ive tried. Im gonna post in like every board :D
