How come just when I work my way up to almost being promoted to Gunnery Sargeant I find that I have been demoted to Private. The same happened to a friend of mine. I went to Ranking and Challenges and found this out. I was looking for any new stuff and was so disappointed when this was discovered. Any explanations? Is this supposed to happen? Am I being punished? For what? Looks like a bug so far. Hmm.COD 4 question
As usual I find an answer the day after I ask the question. All I had to do was go to custom 1, 2, or 3 and I got back my progression of rank and all my perks, etc. So I am cool. It shouldn't have done that. It should have not switched over to the beginning. Maybe the new patch will address that little glitch. I hope so. It scared me.
